Our Desire bath bombs are made with pink grapefruit essential oil, cocoa butter, avocado oil, kaolin clay and goats milk powder to ensure that your skin gets all the nourishment that it deserves. These are the perfect blend of creamy mango and pink grapefruit, they will have you feeling and smelling amazing.

Hotwix Desire bath bombs are infused with pink grapefruit essential oil to make your body calm and relaxed. We recommend soaking your body for at least 15 minutes in a warm bath to ensure you receive the maximum benefits of our bath bombs.  All our products are 100% Australian Made, handcrafted from natural and organic ingredients (where possible), individually handmade and packaged in Australia.

Ingredients: baking soda, citric acid, corn flour, goats milk powder, cream of tartar, slsa, kaolin clay, cocoa butter, avocado oil, polysorbate 80, pink grapefruit essential oil, fragrance oil, lakes dye, isopropyl alcohol.

Directions: Fill your bath with water that’s a comfortable temperature. Remove wrapping & place your bath bomb in the bath, lay back relax & enjoy.

WARNING: Avoid contact with eyes, rinse immediately. Don’t apply to broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Certain oils are not recommended for use by children or pregnant women. Store in a dry area. Rinse off after use. External use only.

Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil – it is best known for its ability to energise and revive the mind, grapefruit essential oil is also known to help ease symptoms of stress and exhaustion, and from a skin care prospective, it is known to combat problems such as oily skin, acne, cellulite, and fluid retention. Baking Soda / Bi Carb Soda – is alkaline by nature and this will help to unclog your pores so that your skin can finally breathe.  It is an excellent exfoliator and will make your skin bright and brilliant. Bi Carb Soda is one of the safest options for your skin. It has amazing healing properties, and due to its grainy texture, it helps in exfoliating the skin. Also, its alkaline nature makes it antifungal, antiseptic, and antibacterial as well. Plus, it also has skin soothing properties, Bi Carb Soda is great to reduce dark spots and brightens the skin, because it will help to remove  dead skin cells.

Citric Acid is a great exfoliant that helps brighten a dull complexion. But unlike many other acids from the same family, citric acid is unique as it also possesses antioxidant properties.  Citric acid helps to unclog pores, targets the skin’s hydrating support matrix to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, helps to even skin tone, brighten, soften, and smooth the skin.

Cream of Tartar is known for treating arthritis, combatting heartburn, and even clearing up acne-prone skin. The alkaline in cream of tartar can also prevent and treat bacterial infections. baking soda is good for your skin too it contains acidic properties that can help to gently exfoliate the skin, removing dead skin cells and impurities.  It also helps to brighten the skin and reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation.  Cream of tartar has antimicrobial properties that can help to kill bacteria on the skin, which can be helpful in preventing and treating acne. It helps to regulate the production of oil on the skin, which can be beneficial for those with oily skin.

Kaolin Clay  is known as white or China clay and is typically white in colour,  This clay is composed of tiny crystals of minerals (including feldspar, quartz, silica, copper, magnesium, selenium and zinc) all of which work to cleanse, nourish and protect the skin.  Kaolin Clay naturally seeks out toxins to bind with and does so via negatively charged particles which attract and absorb positively charged secretions, toxins and contaminants from the skin.

Goats Milk Powder The natural high fat content makes this a good skin moisturiser. As an ingredient within beauty products, goat’s milk is also used to hydrate and nourish the skin. Vitamins B6 & B12 also aid in adding moisture. Triglycerides enhance skin elasticity and reinforce skin’s hydro-lipid barrier (your skin’s protective, film-like barrier).

Corn Flour contains vitamins A, D, C. Helps to fight fine lines and wrinkles, reduce dark spots, absorbs dirt and oil, strengthens the skin barrier, brightens the skin, helps to reduce skin redness and dryness.

Cocoa Butter contains a high amount of fatty acids, which make it well-suited as a primary ingredient in skin cream. Fatty acids help to hydrate the skin. The fat in cocoa butter creates a protective barrier that holds in moisture and prevents your skin from drying.

Avocado Oil is best known for its uses in cooking, it can also contribute to skin care. The oil is an ingredient in many types of creams, moisturisers, and sunscreens.  Avocado oil is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and E.  Avocado oil also contains potassium, lecithin, and many other nutrients that can nourish and moisturize the skin.  The outermost layer of skin, known as the epidermis, easily absorbs these nutrients, which also help to form new skin.  The antioxidants and vitamins in avocado oil may help to heal the dry, irritated, and flaky skin associated with eczema and psoriasis.

Coco Betaine (Cocamidopropyl betaine) is a gentle surfactant used in skin care products, mainly face and body washes, that is almost always employed as a secondary cleansing agent, sometimes referred to as a co-surfactant.

Polysorbate 80 is regarded as a safe chemical in skincare and is used as an emulsifier to combine oil and water.

SLSA (Sodium lauryl sulfoacetate) is a skin-friendly surfactant for both skin and hair. Its cleansing properties are mild yet effectively provides a rich quality lather. Thus, it is a safe option when choosing suds for body care products. Moreover, from a chemical standpoint, SLSA powder is free from any sulphates.  SLSA is a much milder, skin safe alternative ingredients that gets the job done. It is safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. Because of its large molecular structure, it does not penetrate the skin and cause irritations.
