All products are made from quality goods and ingredients. Your candles and melts will leave our store in optimum condition, all care is taken to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. However, I can only do my best and how they are treated in transit is out of my control. All online orders have free postal insurance, so if your products reach you in less than perfect condition – please call or email me. We will make an arrangement to rectify any problems that have been caused in transit.
