Lavender Essential Oil (15ml): Known to be one of the best essential oils for sleep, Lavender Oil is valued for its ability to relieve stress and restlessness. The powerful anxiolytic properties within Lavender Oil also work to calm the brain and central nervous system.
Bergamot Essential Oil (15ml): Amongst many benefits, Bergamot Essential Oil is known for its calming and soothing abilities. With a delightfully citrus-sweet and refreshing essence, Bergamot Oil has been seen to ease symptoms of insomnia whilst inducing feelings of relaxation and sedation.
Frankincense Essential Oil (15ml): In addition to its well-balanced aroma, Frankincense Essential Oil is highly valued for its ability to clear the mind and for this reason, it is commonly used in meditation. It has also been seen to reduce the heart rate whilst promoting overall relaxation.

There are many ways to receive the benefits of these essential oils. Below are just a few ideas to get you started:
Oil Blend Roller: To create an on-the-go essential oil roller blend that will assist with sleep, add 2 drops of each Essential Oil into a 15ml roller bottle and top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Once diluted, apply to your wrists, temples, and behind the ears. This is a fantastic essential oil blend to have on hand when travelling.
Diffuser or Vaporiser: Each oil within the Sleep Essential Oil pack can be added to a diffuser individually, or as an essential oil blend. For those wanting to diffuse these oils individually, simply add 6 to 8 drops of your chosen essential oil. To create a relaxing essential oil blend that will help you unwind, add 2 drops of each essential oil to your diffuser approximately 30 minutes prior to sleep.
Massage: To create a massage oil, dilute 2 to 4 drops of each Essential Oil into 100ml of your favourite Carrier Oil or Base Massage Oil
Bath: Combine 1 to 2 drops of each Essential Oil into a warm bath to help calm the mind and body. You can also use each essential oil individually by adding 2 drops of your chosen essential oil.

- In line with the Therapeutic Goods Act, we do not recommend ingesting essential oils without the guidance of a registered Aromatherapist or Naturopath. Essential Oils are extremely potent and can cause serious harm if used incorrectly.
- Essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid using Essential Oils during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
- Essential Oils are very concentrated and are likely to cause irritation if applied directly to the skin. For this reason, we recommend diluting your essential oils before using topically (on the skin). For skin application we recommend a 2-4% dilution and for facial application we recommend a 1-2% dilution for adults.
